The ProtoQuote system provides you with a complete analysis of your part with suggested changes for improvements which will simplify or reduce the cost of injection mould tooling.
The ProtoQuote part analysis includes information on these features:
- Undercuts - graphical images highlighting any undercuts on the part.
- Wall thickness issues - areas that may cause fill or sink problems.
- Draft issues - recommendations on where draft is required or where it will reduce cost.
- Radius issues - colour coded images indicating radii which will occur as a result of the mould milling process.
- Minimum thickness - areas where a minimum thickness is required to accommodate the mould milling process.
